电动吊篮前横梁坐落在悬挂机构的前支架上，而前支架的马鞍和前横梁的连接是两条M14螺栓，前支架升降部分的支撑还是靠两条M14螺栓支撑。前横梁和前支架的各两条M14螺栓如果能均匀受力,再从承重链往前看，电动吊篮的整个受力链上也不存在问题。但受到加工精度的限制,此两处的螺栓实际受力也只是M14一条螺栓所承受的载荷。由于平安绳与吊篮架体的连接，因为绳均采用直径不小于φ13mm钢丝绳通长到底布置。正是平安绳的安全使用，才使得电动吊篮有了安全性的保障。
